When I couldn't find parking space late at night after returning home from work, and was forced to park in a spot where others have parked countless times before, during the early morning hours and not obstructing or taking anyones space, they decided to tow it, again despite numerous people parking there with out issue several times before. The private security is unfriendly. The courtyard arrangement can be loud with inconsiderate neighbors that talk into the early morning hours during week days. The dryers don't work very well. It takes a couple of service calls at times to get things fixed correctly. Neighbors drive too fast with no regard for safety, especially large trucks or SUVs.

The parking here sucks!!! We used to park frequently on the street- on Foxworthy , as the lots were full- and not just by residents. I can't tell you how many times we were cheated out of the last empty spot by a person visiting a resident. grrrrrrrrrr! On one such occassion in February, my husbands car was stolen !!!! It was parked on Foxworthy. We were furious! The manager did'nt even bat an eye or have sympathy. We pay ridicoulsly high rent and they still don't provide enough parking. This new parking sticker business better work! If we have another car stolen because the lot is full and we have to park on the street- Archstone will lose a lot of money in court. By the way- if you come across a car without a sticker, and you need the space- the towing company is called. But they don't bother to tell you which company. You are suppossed to let THEM decide when to call. Um, excuse me? If I find there is no space left - I am going to call the towing company myself! I have the towing company number programmed to my cell phone. If it should ever need to be called, I will be waiting for the tow truck so I can get the space when the car is dragged away. Archstone has both pros and cons. Parking is a huge con.
