I read these reviews before moving in two years ago, and I was so sad that I had signed the lease. Thank god I didn't listen to these reviews. I have never been happier than I am here. The grounds are immaculate. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The apartments are sturdy and you don't hear anything. I have never heard the people around or under me. As for the person who got towed...HELLO, it was a NO PARKING ZONE, which usually means NO PARKING!!!
I am so happy here, and just signed a lease for my third year.
PS, my rent has stayed the same for three years!
