I've been living here for about a year shortly after their 1st phase opening on the summer 2001. The manager is named Paula and she is (eh what's the word..) unfriendly, bureaucratic. No return calls for almost any request holding mails, getting utility guys. The worst part is that they change prices every week just trying to rip you off. - I don't like to move around but after I heard about their pricing - 30 t o40% price drop followed by another 30% price increase. (Example: 2BD dropped from $2200 to $1250 then climbed back to $1800) They just don't care anything at all as long as they can make more money. About a half of initial tenants back in ?01 did a mass exodus after they all pissed them off. Skip them if you can!
