I took the tour not too long ago.

1. If you like to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor make sure all of your funiture is from Ikea. The stairwell is soo narrow you wouldnt be able to get a "normal" couch upstairs.

2. If you have a dog, no matter how well behaved it is you HAVE to live in the "DOG BUILDINGS".. are you kidding me' I own a mute and blind dog.

3. Cheaper rent rates for shorter lease terms. Simply this means we dont want you here long, and if you stay then we hike up your rent and get you out that way.

I can and could go on, but it didnt seem very friendly. The girl was nice, but Im sure her job is ------ when you have lame rules as they do.

yes I did see that they did have shorter leases for lower prices when I looked on thier Online lease on thier website. That isnt good.
