First of all don't plan on getting anything thing fixed in 24 hours. Try 6 days with 3 reminder calls. What is really sad is that we were freezing because the thermostat was broken. It was finally fixed thank goodness after 6 days and repeated calls. The assistant manager Kathy is so rude I can't believe it. The pools and spa are occasionally heated if your lucky. I would never live here again. They are the suckiest apartments and customer service I have ever had. When you are a paying customer you expect to be treated with a little respect. When I had a problem to discuss with Kathy she was very hateful and attacked my character. How unprofessional. Live anywhere but Archstone Willow Glen.
