So after over a year of on time rent payments, I received notice that my rent was going up by over $400/month! The manager was useless to talk to. In addition, despite 2 complaints about a parking lot light being out, they have never fixed it. Loud, over-priced, ridiculous increases and RUDE...pass on Archstone if you can.
