Management is abysmal

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
My wife and I lived in a 3rd floor 2bdr apartment at this complex for 2 years.
A CRAZY old woman moved in below us and the new manager, Kathy, was USELESS.
The new neighbor complained day and night about the "noise" she heard us making. It was so bad we tip-toed through the house. The property manager's solution, change the carpet... but my 7 month pregnant wife would need to do all the moving of furniture, because I am out of town 5 days a week and they can't help us. WOW! Then maintenance came to help us fix a couple things in the apt. Well, these areas were on linoleum and of course, she complained. So how would carpet fix it.
We were threatened by the neighbor below us, remember she has been there for 2 months, us, two years... we were told "payback would be a b**ch when the baby was born" what is Kathy's solution... move out. WHAT'!'! She told us we had been released from our lease and we could move. That was the genius solution she gave us.
Additionally, the parking is absolutely horrible due to the fact that there are literally dozens of abandoned cars in the lot and they do nothing about it. On top of this, the neighborhood bordering the apartments is AWEFUL. It is filled with loud trouble makers. Every 2 or 3 weeks the police are called at 4 in the morning because of noise complaints.
The two pools are always filthy and the grills at the pool area NEVER work.
Would I recommend this apartment complex' Absolutely not... never. Move to the Avalon community down the street!
