Going downhill! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I believe I wrote a review here 2 years ago when I first moved in. When I moved here, it was a paradise. Everything was clean and working. The pools and grounds were impeccable. The maintenance crew included a woman named Eulalia who would help you take out your trash if you needed it. Repairs were made the same day, and the staff were incredibly kind. Fast forward two years... None of the staff are still here, Eulalia is long gone. Kathy is the new manager and I agree with the other postings about her. She is not a kind, helpful or courteous woman. I witnessed a phone conversation with a tenant where she hung up on tenants after scolding them. She smokes just outside the pool gate, so the smoke drifts over to us as we're sunning or swimming. Thank goodness there are still one or two employees left who know customer service. Thanks for sticking around Veronica!
