CATHY BUTCHER THE MANAGER AND HER STAFF ARE EXTREMELY UN PROFFESIONAL CATHY SMOKES EVERY 5 MINUTES BY THE POOL AREA WHERE THERE ARE A BUNCH OF LITTLE BABIES AND KIDS RUNNING AROUND AND HAVING FUN. SHE DOESN'T CARE FOR THE RESIDENTS. SHE IS SO RUDE TO HER RESIDENTS. THERE IS ALWAYS NEW PEOPLE WORKING IN THE OFFICE NOT KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE DOING.THERE HAS BEEN ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE THEIR THAT HAS BEEN THEIR FOR 4 YEARS AND SHE'S THE BEST SO IF YOU NEED ANY HELP ASK FOR VERONICA SHE IS THE ONLY CAPABLE PERSON TO GET STUFF DONE OR HELP YOU OUT.
