My lease was coming up and was wandering why the major increase, the market in our area had gone up and the units were about the same price on when my lease term was ending. Now that i have renewed and i put in some service requests i recieved a return phone call from there customer service associate Anthony and was confirming everything was completed. I of course said yes and thanked him. It is a beautiful community. The best way to handle this property is to go in and just see the office staff once in a while and see who they are and if i had a concern like the dog and the rent increase i would definetly go speak to them before i come here to vent becuase im mad. Anyways def a great place to live.

Rents are up everywhere but a place that advertises "Luxury Apartment Living" shouldn't be run like a residential motel! The grounds are covered with dog droppings. The parking is a nightmare. The pool is disgusting and the grills in the pool area never work... EVEN ALL OF THAT could be forgiven, if there was a competent management staff. The problem is, no matter how many times you voice a complaint or vent your frustrations to them they take it as an attack and do N-O-T-H-I-N-G to help. That's why people write up here. To warn prospective renters to stay away because the best advertisement positive or negative is word of mouth. STAY AWAY... the review above does not speak for the majority.
