If anyone has said Archstone Willow Glen is a horrible place to live, they've either been spoiled senseless or have never lived in an apartment before...ever. We absolutely LOVE living here. We love the flexibility and responsiveness of the leasing staff, the sensitivity and professionalism of the management, and we love how everyone who visits us calls our home a "hotel."
We recently decided to move units. You can't imagine how easy it was. I can't even describe how comfortable it is to live here. The facilities are clean and always available. The neighbors are friendly and communicative. Renters are mostly professionals and nice families with well-mannered kids. It's very quiet. We lived in one luxury apartment complex where you could literally hear the dinner conversations of the family next door. Here, we can barely remember that anyone shares a wall with us (and the other place costs more).
Even better than all that is the maintenance crew. They fix everything from a fire alarm battery to a broken stove within hours. They say 24 hours, but honestly, we've had same-day service every single time. Again, the office staff, very nice! The minute you walk into the lobby, there is a leasining agent asking if they can help you. They go beyond! We owe them.
Lastly, the little cookies and mints are VERY tasty. If nothing else, rent here for the cookies...and the coffee. yum.
