Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Residents here deserve quality living and customer service for the price of rent, but you will not get it here.

The LEASING OFFICE has never addressed my needs in an efficient manner. I regret to say but sometimes I feel that they are incompetent.

The GYM equipment is outdated.

The UNIT that we moved into had stains on the carpet.

The PARKING is insufficient and to have reserved parking, you must pay for it.

The only positives are the location is convenient and my neighbours are friendly.
