I am sorry to say it but this is the worse place in the world to live. I live there for a year. I moved in when there were brand new and it really sucked then. The staff is the worse then don't do anything good for you they gave us one complaint notice saying that if we don't keeping it down that they are going to kick us out, that was the only notice that we got. They can't kick us out on one notice. So we had to go down to the office and have a meeting with the management for like 30 mins about why we are so loud and what is going on, that is really stupid. The other neighbors living were really bad to they are loud and very rude. I got in a fight with two neighbors it was about disrespect one of then hit my car, and the other guy I told him to keep it down and he was trying to kick my ass. Friends visiting the neighbors at 2am (most people sleeping) fully blasting there system, bass and all every night. I feel sorry for the people that have to live there this place sucks. The parking well there is no parking inless you get home from work at 5pm or 6pm after that no parking any ware in the gated area. There is dogs that bark all night and all day. It is even hard to move your stuff in the apartment and out because of the stairs. The carports suck people that aren't suspose to park in your carport they do and you have to go to the office, everyday that is fun. I was in the leasing office more then I was in my apartment. Maybe I should have rented out the leasing office instead it might have been cheeper. My advice is that this place really sucks for the money and all the problems that it has.
