1st of all rent is way too much. I moved in last year around the same time and I am paying over $1600 for a 1 bedroom apartment. For that price I expect service and to be LEFT ALONE! They constantly put notices on your door how they are going to enter your apartment usually the next day (not even a 48 hour notice). Their spa's are usually not heated or filthy. Their bbq's rarely work. The parking is atrochious and I was assured when I moved in there was plenty and no need to PAY for a reserved space (which I ended up doing for $50 a month for a carport). Since you pay so much, most of your neighbors are nice and classy, but that is about the only positive I can report. I will NEVER EVER rent at an Archstone again!
