I work for over 500 properties in the bay area. Including other Archstones. The property, the management, the staff, the maintenance are some of the worst you have and still be in the business. They are not capable of following there own rules. Much more,they do not even care. If you rent here you will be over looked and over charged. We thought we would love living here and that we would get what we paid for. We were really wrong. I was told by the manager here that he was trying to fix the issues here but was not able to because of ....... I have lived here for 5 months and nothing has changed. I expect as long as they keep the staff that nothing will. I would strongly recommend checking out the other Archstones. Do not be mislead by the sweet talk of the leasing agents. They get bonuses for your sign on and will lie straight to your face. List of issues as Follows. 1. No parking after 7PM because they do not enforce the vehicle restrictment per rented unit. I have had to park outside of the complex and I pay to live here. 2. Loud drinking parties at the pool area with many people 35 . I have left for work early morning and seen beer bottles floating in the hot tub. 3. Rude, dumb, un-helpful staff and management. They have flat out lied to our faces about the issues here. 4. Un-kept grounds. There have been huge dirt areas left unattended for months that look awful. 5. Un-safe grounds. Open drains pipes that anyone could hurt themselfs by stepping into. 6. Trash. There is trash left here for days and the walk ways have not swept clean one time since we have lived here. 7. Unit Quality. They do not care about the details of your unit. The edge of our counter was held on by clear tape when we moved in. 8. Pets. They do not care if your neighbors let there pets crap everywhere. 9. Pests. 12 stray cats. All the neighbors feed the flea covered stray cats that sleep all over your patio furniture and you get to track fleas and cat hair into your apartment everytime you go home. WELCOME. PLEASE check out other apartments and DO NOT make the same mistake we did. What You see is NOT what you get.

This guy is a loser. Never have I experienced such a neighbor in my life. If he is so unhappy and from what he tells everybody he was offered out of his lease why does he still live here? I will tell you because he and his wife have no life and love to complain to anybody that will listen to them.
