This is the worst f&%$ing apartment I have ever lived in!!!!! Never live here, it is extremely over priced, there is no parking, and if you live below someone be prepared to hear everything that they do!!! I have live there going on two years, dont know why, and I am paying an insane amount of money to terminate my lease so that I can escape this hell hole. If you come home after 7 pm good luck finding a place to park. They do not enforce the parking rule which states you must have a parking sticker or pass displayed in the front of your car and when I walk from my car to my apartment you pass at least 8 cars that dont have either and they do nothing about it!!! I pay $1630 a month to park outside the complex. That reminds me $1630 a month that does not include water, trash, or sewer. Again that does not include a parking space either for an apartment that is under 800 sq. ft. Last and most importantly if you live under someone you can hear everything!!!!! I mean everything, we knew when they came home what they were doing (sex) and we had three different neighors above us and each one was worse than the next. The last guy was litterally a fall down drunk that had hookers over ever night and when he fell down it felt like an earthquake. The design of the apartment is so poor because you can hear EVERY FOOT STEP!!!!!!!! Not to mention a thousand kids that run wild from lack of parenting. The only quiet time was the time in between the three seperate people they had move in above us. I beg you do not live here, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This reviewer is right on target. I lived in this complex for 4.5 years and the last couple of years were a nightmare. I moved to a new place ( Fruitdale Station) So far I am glad I did.

I lived at Archstone Willow Glen for 6 months could not stand the place. With the Water bill and all it cost $2,300 per month. The apartment was always hot and stuffy. The drier vents were clogged up till I complaned and they found bee hives and melting plastic in the vents. I have rentals of my own and it takes a couple of days for me to receive rent from my tenants and then to pay my rent at Archstone, Archstone rushes and post my door every month on the 3rd with a 3 day quit notice. I am taking them to court as well as Donna Pratt in San Fransico case 5:2008cv03588. DON'T EVER LIVE HERE!! My son had swollen eyes in the morning and my wife could not breath. They allowed pot smoking around the campus and kids drawing chalk all over the grounds and there is never any parking.
