I just moved out of Archstone after only living there a year and I have to say I had no complaints. My apartment was great, every time I needed maintenance on something, the online system was great and the guys responded very quickly. The office staff was always so helpful. The only minor thing I didn't like was the smoker that lived in my building. It was quiet and the location was great. If I moved back to an apartment in San Jose, I would definitely consider Archstone Willow Glen again!
