This is my second review. This one is being written as I am being forced to relocate for making $900 a year over then new income ceiling, just imposed in July.
I'm not sure what you should expect, but the new property management has only been in place for two weeks and they are already blaming everything on the old management, without causing any changes themselves.
THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING ANY FULL TIME STUDENTS TO RESIDE THERE! eventhough it's two blocks from the SJSU Campus.
The building is mostly full of construction workers, working on the new Civic Center across the street. Oh, and speaking of construction, you had better be able to handle the noise. Not as bad as it was 6 months ago, but still pretty loud.
Overall, if you fit the requirements, it's a pretty good deal, lets hope it stays that way.
