this building is the worst living ever!
they said there was a 24/7 gym.....lies
they said they have storage.....lies, i went 2 month waiting before i got one.
noise is a big concern it feels like your sitting in the middle of santa clara st.
with punks sitting in front of the building drinking. managment is the worst, an ex- con runs the place. and last but not least in the year thet i've lived here i have experainced daily or every other day
WITH OUT RUNNING WATER!!!!!!!!!!!1

yes, the management is severely lacking in common sense - there are no screens on any windows even on the 8th, 9th, etc.. floors. Some guy jumped out the window a while ago with his dog. they don't tell you that. I moved in with my partner the same week one of my friends moved in and they gave her a spot next to him, yet my spot is on the other side of the garage. I don't think the A/C works in any of the apartments - that I've noticed. Late at night I notice they lock up a lot of things on the lower level - including the bathrooms. I was doing laundry and had to go back up to my apartment to use the restroom. Its nice for what it is and with the central downtown location, but seriously - never let your friends leave their cars parked outside, even on 6th street. Before I moved in, my car got broken into and my $300 stereo was stolen.
