Vintage Tower Apartments are awesome! The rent is affordable for the location. Management is so so so so so cool! I have been living here a year and I have seen many changes in effort to making this vintage bldg more modern and safe. I read some of these other reviews and they are total BS! Granted there are a few quirks here and there, but what bldg doesn't have them' They complaiend about noise, YOU moved yourself onto Santa Clara Street wha tdo you expect'' There is construction but they don't start too early on the weekdays and are never around on the weekends. Management is very quick about fixing problems that may arise in your apt and the coolest thing is that the facilities person lives on site... so you hav ethat added comfort of knowing no matter what happens he's there to take care of it... Security cameras were installed in the garage as well as any and all exits to moitor and keep out riff raff... All in all i would definitly reccomend living here... If you ar eyound and go out to the bars, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! No need to drive ANYWHERE!

Part of me really thinks that this review was written by Debi herself. I don't know any tenants that voluntarily live here and enjoy it THAT much. Usually they only move in here because they can't afford anything else in this area of town.
I can't stress enough that the manager of this building is a vindictive and unprofessional gossip queen drug addict. I have never in my life dealt with a shadier woman.
