Management is Mean and Money Hungry From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/19/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I couldn't believe how awful the head manager lady was. At a time when Silicon Valley was in a downturn, she would not lower my rent from $2000 to $1700 (when they were offering apartments to new renters at $1600). So I left, and moved into a cheaper apartment. And their rents have fallen even lower. This IDIOT manager lost a good renter because she was so greedy. I have talked many people out of living here, and I will continue to do so. Management of Avalon on the Alameda -- BOO!
