bad idea to move here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived here for almost a year now and am finally moving now that my lease has expired (thank god!). I just want to warn anyone that is thinking of living here to think again. The apts. themselves are nice, clean and new. Now for the bad parts, the management team is HORRIBLE. I have never dealt with such ignorant, uninformed, unprofessional people in my entire life. They have absolutely no knowledge about housing law, contracts or leases. They NEVER answer the phone nor do they return phone calls. It gets frustrating really quick. The neighborhood is dirty, crime ridden and unsafe. You will see drug deals on a daily basis and if you're really lucky, like me, you'll have you car broken into multiple times while parked in the Avalon's 'secure' parking structure. There is far too much noise from the airport and train station as well. I wouldn't want my worse enemy to have to deal with this place. Do yourself and favor and move somewhere else.
