Definite Problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   My apartment is nice, but I am deeply disappointed by the noise levels at this place. I assumed new construction would be fairly soundproof, yet I hear every footstep of the woman living above me, and the radio in the unit next to me. What has been extremely frustrating is dog barking in the complex, some for hours at a time. In addition, children are allowed to run screaming outside my windows, and some idiot keeps a *very* loud motorcycle in the garage. The grounds are very well-kept but for some reason there are snails everywhere. I do NOT like the slippery way rents are determined. I asked repeatedly how much rent was but I never got one consistant answer. I want to say a good word about the front office staff. I found them extremely helpful and great to work with. That may change when I move out, but so far so good. And I love the neighborhood. But I will definitely be moving when the lease is up.
