have had it!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have had it!!! The other reviews are right, the office is never open. I have called and left messages for the manager 4 times and gotten no response, and no one picks up the phones! Constant break ins, and a shady, shady manager. The staff is nice when they are available which is never! They lost my rent check, and served me with a legal eviction notice! When I complained about it to the manager he told me it was his fault. He still hasn't found my check! He promised a better parking system with tags 3 months ago! My car got towed when I was parking to unload some groceries. Do yourself a favor don't move here! I'm stuck for another 6 months! Some of the other people here are organizing a petition letter complaining to the corporate office about the manager and some of the staff, but I know it's not going to do anything, all Avalon cares about is money!
