don't count on peace and quiet From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This could be a really nice community, but instead it's a glorified frat house. The noise from parties on weekends is ridiculous. The management is definitely quick to respond to maintenance problems, which is great. However, I've complained about noisy neighbors several times, and they don't seem to do anything about it. The rent is far too expensive to have to put up with all the noise.
