Expensive, nice, newish, POOR management, NOT Enough parking

Apartments are nice and have lots of light.
In the past when the rent market went down, would not offer residents lower rates, even if leases are up for renewal. They have finally started to change this policy. Other apartment complex will actually lower your rent in the middle of your lease, without you needing to request it, in order to retain residents.
Leases never convert into month to month. Always a new lease or $200 dollar per month surcharge. They will bill you anyway they can.
Spiders are a problem - they get in the apartment even when all the windows and doors are closed.
Water heaters: are located at one end of each building - it can take a very long time before hot water comes out of the tap.
Water: has a lot of white deposit in it that coats cooking pots. Buy a water filter.
Parking: each apartment gets 1 reserved space regardless of size of apartment. Open spaces fill up each evening and weekend. No parking available is typical.
Maintenance: is staffed with good people and is responsive if you report a problem. Never expect them to fix anything even in public areas if you don't report it, no matter how obvious and public it is.
Jacuzzi was broken for around 6 weeks.
Swimming pool is COLD except on very HOT days.
Apartment complex bills you for water through a 3rd party at higher than market rates.
Sound proofing is good except that you can hear people vacuuming or walking around upstairs
