HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT From: kcirish Date posted: 7/22/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   We are a company who provides apartments for our Travel Nurses. I have 2 Nurses at these apartments. The apartments themselves are nice. The Management has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced! Phone calls are never returned. They call and say we have an outstanding balance that must be paid immediately- then a week later finds out they are in error. They change staff and their policies continually. When I brought this up they insisted they have "great customer service" and did not apologize for their extremely unprofessional actions.
