The apartment is spacious and has washer/dryer in unit which is a great plus at this price. Since the community doesn't have evelvators, we chose an apartment on 1st level and it has worked out really well especially when we have lot of shopping bags. We rarely hear noises from the apartment above us and the community is peaceful overall. I love the location and the option of getting coffee from Starbucks, Peets, or the local cafe. If you move into this community or any Avalon community in Bay Area, pls refer my name and I will share half the referral money with you-I think the referral is $500 so you can get $250. To do this, pls email me and I will send you my full name and exact address.

What a scam--trying to make a buck while posting a review. You have absolutely no credibility. I've lived at Avalon on the Alameda and I know your post doesn't represent the reality of living there.
