Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
I've lived at the Rosewalk complex for over 3 years now. I started at Phase I, then moved to a 3-bedroom flat during the Phase II build. Even thought the rent goes up at the end of every lease, I continue to stay because I really like the staff, the grounds, the apartment, and the proximity to the Albertson's mall just across the street. the insulation for both environment and sound is great. My PGE bills are very reasonable, and I seldom hear neighbors.
