I love it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/21/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   We have only been here since 2/02...but the staff is very efficient & friendly...whenever there is a maintenance issue they resolve it 4 us immediately. We have a 2 bdr/2ba, fireplace, washer/dryer in the unit...& most of all it's very QUIET! The grounds are kept very neat also. Our rent is very low due to the market value. We do have to pay 4 our own water & our PG&E is extremely cheap! I love it & I'm glad we signed an 18 month lease. However, the 1 thing I can live w/o is the pigeons & parking can be a pain! You get either a garport or 1 reserved carport.
