Nice place but over-priced

It started out great, there was no parking problems in phase 2, the little guys looking for work in front of home depot do not bother anyone (they make the place look ghetto though), no ant or bug problems, all the neighbors are nice enough. BUT then they changed the parking to permit only!!!! there is nowhere for guests to park, the extra space permit is $25 extra per month!!!!
I can't wait to move out, the place is over-priced. If they did not charge for the extra space It would be okay. If you have two cars be prepared to add an extra $25 to the rent...oh and they dont tell you off the bat that $10 will be added to the rent for garbage.
