Many people say this place is over-priced...welcome to California!! You really do get a lot for your money. The convenience factor alone is nice, especially with gas prices the way they are. Right across the street from Albertsons, Long's, Hollywood Video, Taco Bell, Subway, cleaners, Hallmark, post office, Payless, and coming soon - Wells Fargo. The illegals in front of Home Depot are a HUGE turnoff, and really the only negative. Oh, and they do not heat the pool and it is FREEZING! Grounds are well kept, maintenance staff is very friendly and responds immediately. Office staff is helpful and you can use the copier, printers, and fax at will. No other apartment that we saw offers 2 patios. It also neighbors a park. I like this place and would recommend it. As far as the parking goes, since they implemented the new rules it is better. We have to keep a car on the street but we always have a spot inside, guaranteed.
