staff cheat very well...they show you one apartment and you you rent a similar apartment without seeing it!!!you can see it only after you rent it....pigeons and birds make a lot of noise...more importantly parking space is very very bad....i surely request others not to take this apartment...as i read other columns i am feeling i don't even get vack my 400$ while vacating the apartment.
