This complex is not perfect...but which is' I have a top floor unit in Phase 1. Aesthetically, the apartments are nice and spacious. The vaulted ceilings make the place look huge, in fact. The insulation is great and blocks out a lot of noise. Most of the neighbors are quiet and considerate, although this is a pet-friendly community, and there are always dogs walking around and barking. Called courtesy patrol once over a noise issue, and they responded and resolved the issue within 20 minutes. The wall unit in the living room works moderately well, but does not extend to anywhere else in the apartment. Ample storage space. The apartment was in decent condition when we moved in, pretty good, but scratches, stains, and the usual wear and tear. I have never had any problems with anyone parking in my carport and street parking is usually always available. Staff is friendly enough, but does not follow through and seems to be unconcerned with the concerns of the tenants and instead more concerned with drawing in potential tenants to sign a lease. We pay $1244 for a one bedroom. Expensive, but any decent apartment in San Jose usually is.
