Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Merit : Spacious floor plan, not bad appearance, relatively new building
Demerit : Parking is nightmare, you have to buy $35(they raised this charge) extra uncovered parking for second car and have to wait several months to get it. Unsafe, I have seen a car even in a carport broken in last week. Many cars parked in the street because of the lack of inside parking lot have been broken in once in a month. Get a insurance for window of your car before moving in. Raised rent, they have been raising the rent since 2005, so several nice friends of ours have moved out already or have plan to move out this year. They are raising rent much more for re-newal and now they are asking $1700 including water and garbage. In this location, there are quite many apartments with lower rent and relatively new building.
