We love it here. Sure the parking situation is not ideal if you have more than one car or friends over. But that is the only complaint I have so far.

The office staff have been great. The floor plan is ideal, granted we are on the 3rd floor, but we have vaulted ceilings, have privacy, and the apartment stays relatively cool even with the hot weather these past weeks. Plus they allow pets, the pool is a great size, and no yard work. Everyone I have met in the community so far are friendly and from various nationalities.

This post is obviously written by a member of the staff. I live here and am trying to find another Avalon to transfer to-that's they only way I can get out of my lease without paying three grand. Unfortunately nobody has very good reviews on this forum.

I wrote the BlissfulRenter review. I am not a member of the staff. Sorry to hear that many of you seem to have problems with the staff. I fortunately love my home and so does my roommate. Could it be that those having problems with the staff do not know how to communicate issues they may have to the staff? I think the staff is great and I don't have any problems with my neighbors.
