In 2003 I rented an aparment here. Management was ah ok. When I decided to move I gave notice in the beginning I was told if I ended up buying property of my own it would allow me to break the lease as long as appropriate documentation was submitted. They told me that the person was wrong and would not honor it. Upon leaving I did my walkthrough. I recieved a bill fo repais, carpet stains, etc that was all untrue. they sent me to collections within 2 weeks...This must be their thing. I spoke to several other people that state the same thing happened to them SHAME ON THEM......

Regardless of what you were "so called" told about breaking your lease upon purchasing property, maybe you should have read your contract? Don't blame your problem with the staff just because you failed to read your contract! I am glad that you are gone, I don't want a neighbor that has to be sent to collections before they will pay a bill that is due to them.
