a rip off From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Granted the rents in San Jose are pricey but Rosewalk is definitely overpriced for what you get. At some times I felt like I was living in a college dorm with all of the noise. The management team in not very helpful. We are moving out this month and I already expect that they will screw us on our deposit even though we have not done ant damage to the apartment. I am just gald that our lease is up. They should seriously consider changing the management staff and their rate increases. I would not recommend Avalon to anyone I know.
