Over Priced and Very Disappointed In Staff From: 66bear Date posted: 3/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We have been in this hell hole for 7 months. It took 5 months to solve all the problems we had with appliances and maintenance issues when we moved in. The staff is nice but always gives you the song and dance we care without the action. We feel we were sold on this apartment by a used car salesperson. Eventually we were given an option to get out of our lease with a 45 day notice which we are exercising immediately and running like hell and never looking back for the following reasons. Maintenance is half assed fly by night patch work Noise level would be better in a cardboard box (We were assured before we moved in that we would not hear our neighbors) Right! We complained the first month we were here and they spoke to the neighbors about the noise level and cleaning house at 2:30 am and the loud banging at 3:00 am but it continued. I spoke to management about a solution if it continued and they said they could not do anything about it no matter what they do. I then brought up an issue with marijuana smoking and they still would not evict them. Rent is going up to 1925.00 along with pet and parking fees every month you are looking at over 2k for a two bedroom. Every week that goes by we see more and more scum bags walking around the property. The level of service is getting worse. People let their dogs crap everywhere. The security company is useless and unresponsive; their main concern is towing residents if they do not have a parking permit that costs 25.00 a month. You would think the safety of the property and residents along with living conditions would be the number one priority, no it s parking! If you thinking of renting here don t it s over priced and you will be very disappointed with the cheap construction.
