My overall experience of living at Avalon Rosewalk was a good one. I have several complaints about how the maintenance team used my bathroom without permission and left a mess on my toilet seat---AND they forgot to put down the lid! I've had several occasions where the maintenance personnel have just tried to walk in without giving me a chance to get to the door. If you have kids the grounds are decent, but the small park is not that great. My rent increased over 150 dollars after my 10 month lease was up. Stains keep appearing in my carpet from no where. Other than that....no stinky smells, quiet during the day, and most of the staff gets the job done. The best part about this place is the large wooden balconies--they're beautiful (just don't look up---brown water-stains). Anyway...hope this helped someone in their decision to lease (or not). Oh! I almost forgot...I paid over 200 dollars because someone parked in my assigned spot and I parked in temporary parking.....MY CAR WAS TOWED!----Update: Avalon sent me to collections for unpaid fees...I never got a list of charges for estimates or anything! I've contacted them several times and they will not return my calls. I want a list of final move-out charges and no one will assist me in finding this. They want me to pay 895.01 on top of what my security deposit was! In my opinion I owe nothing more than cleaning charges and painting at most.

same ---- happened to me... car towed after 10 minutes while I was trying to find my garage opener... paying for carpet that wasn't ruined by my pet...
i loved my apartment though...they just have horrible management. they never returned my emails or calls either and sent me to collections. It was only after collections called me that I called the property manager and he called me back. Somehow, i still owe for that carpet. F this place.
