FIRST OF ALL... when my first roommate and i came in, we had deposit in all paperwork in just ONE SIGNATURE was missing and my third floor apartment was given to someone else. I now live on the first floor this should have been my FIRST SIGN TO RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!!
SECOND. I LIVE IN A GATED COMMUNITY RIGHT'! wrong, i have gates that don't keep ANYONE OUT! yes that's right... let me tell you i had a MAN sleeping under my window! SWEET RIGHT'! I pay 2000 dollars a MONTH to have a MAN SLEEPING UNDER MY WINDOW! sweeeet!
THIRD. everything in my BEAUTIFUL (cough cough) apartment has broken EVERYTHING!!! My roommates toilet sits half on concrete do you know how many times she has to plunge that sucker'! my bathtub literally RIGHT NOW has 3 inches of black water DON'T BELIEVE ME go here http://i16.photobucket... and this is not our first problem with this bathtub yes i had corn and peas in my bathtub AS WELL AS leaves and dirt! wanna know what they told me: you live on the first floor this is a common problem!' WHAT'! common problem'! 3 inches of black water is COMMON!!! My dishwasher has broken and leaked into my carpet. my carpet is coming up on ALL sides! i have one corner that is completely gone and when i move out i know they will make me pay for it!
THE ONLY PEOPLE I LIKE HERE ARE MANNY AND PORTIA! I will only talk to them because the other maintenance guys here put a band aid on something that needs stitches. and here is the ------ part... if i were a bad resident and didn't pay on time they would kick me out... i live in the ---- HOLE for 2000 dollars a MONTH! and continue to pay
the rest of the apartment complex is beautiful and lush except for next to my apartment which looks like a tornado has hit it several times, next the light outside one of my windows flickers every 2 minutes while trying to sleep. i have complained several times and nothing has happened.
we have had problems with the sink, the washer, the dryer, the dishwasher, our carpets, our bathtubs, our toilets, mold, and a LESS then perfect presentation when we moved in... RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!! unless they give me a good deal i will be moving A S A P

Lease application paper work does require ALL SIGNITURES, ALL PARTIES ON LEASE. Just because your property is GATED does not mean that someone won't get in when gates are closed. (Think about it.) If you lived in a house a neighbor could be drunk and pass out on your lawn. Things happen. I think if you approach this in a better way (more positive) things would work out for you, and you will be a happier person. Don't sweat the little things. Complaining really does not get you anywhere in this world. You might think it does, however it doesn't.
