Avalon at Cahill Park

So far So bad From: nomorenoise Date posted: 8/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   So far my living experience here has been pretty bad. There were problems before I even moved in. Our apartment smelled the day of our move, it smelled like wet dog. It was disgusting, and they expected us to move in with the apartment in that condition. There were other problems too. The window wasn't seal properly, the refrigerator squeaks, the door isn't sealed properly. When we asked to see a different apartment, we were told we would lose our deposit. The neighbors are pretty loud, they can be heard at all times during the night. my apartment is also a constant 85 degrees(even with windows open). There are some good things about this place. There is plenty of parking, the gym is nice and usually empty. I though I was moving into a really great place, but so far im really disappointed.
