to the 8/12 responder... there are always going to be small issues like squeaky doors and the like when you move into a new apt, and if your apt is a constant 85 degrees here is a novel idea- turn on the A/C!! This apartment is hands down the most beautiful property I have ever lived at, it is "urban" living so there will be some noise. The pool and jacuzzi are awesome (though it would be nice if they were opened past 10pm), the gym and rec center are also great. The staff is also very courteous. One look at the beautiful kitchens in this place and anyone would be sold. No, I am not an Avalon employee... I am fair-minded and not the typical nose-in-the-air Silicon Valley type.
