my fav. apartment

I love my apartment, it's a huge 1800 sq.ft. space with two floors, 2 balconies, and lots of windows. But it is not what I would consider a cheap apartment, but I think it is worth the money, especially in the bay area. It can get slightly noisy because it is right on the Alameda, but I only notice the traffic when I'm going to bed and I don't have the fan going, and that should be expected from a downtown apartment.
I do not notice any parking problems because I have my assigned spot in the underground garage, but my friends only have a problem finding a spot on the street when something is happening at the HP Pavilion, but the trade off is I can walk to those events when I want to and I'll never be the one looking for a parking space. I love the interior: cherry cabinets, burbur carpets (the cat likes the carpet a little too much), and a huge kitchen island.
The pool always looks inviting, gym is adequate (I could think of a few more machines that they could have), the club house is pretty cool they have had a wine tasting there a few months back and they have a pool table.
Staff is nice and friendly, luckily I haven't had any large problems to bother them with and they get all the small problems are dealt with quickly and professionally by them.
