I've lived at Avalon Cahill for about 4 months now and i like it a lot. I read some other reviews about parking' I have guests park on the street all the time! There are guest permits from the city that are free. And i paid 35 dollars for a permanent parking pass that doesn't expire until January 2007. So I don't know what that person was smokin when they gave that other review. That whole reference to getting out of a deal with avalon-and how it's so hard... I don't see why you would want to. this place is sick!
