Avalon at Cahill Park is slipping! I've lived here a year and a half and Am considering leaving when the lease is up. Elevators are dirty most of the time, and the overall appearance of the buildings and grounds is deteriorating and the management doesn't seem to care. Whether this is an attitude from her corporate office or her not wanting to make waves I do not know. If you take a problem to the office, you leave without feeling that anyone cares. We get letters telling us all the things that are being done to improve the communinty, but they are only the cosmetic things that should be expected. Avalon will NOT go out of their way to help anyone.
