I am looking forawrd to my lease ending so I can move out. I agree that Cahill has gone down hill. People here like to party, so much so that once there was post party vomit all down the front steps of my building. Then it was left there for several days. Now there is just dog poo smeared there. The people in the office are the worst group of management I have ever encountered. They are very immature, rude, snotty and should not have the amount of responsibility they do. They need to be reminded that they are the ones working in the office and we, the residents are their customers. I agree with all negative comments I have seen regarding them. They just do not care and it shows. I think if they had a quality management team, maybe things could change.
Most of the people I have met here are nice, however many are noisy and into partying loud.
The maintenance crew are very nice and helpful. Maybe they should be the ones running the office.
High price and Low class sums it up.
