Avalon at Cahill Park

Never had a bad experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I was told to go on his website by a member of the office staff. I told her I was thinking about moving and asked her for her opinion about other apartments in the area. I though she was extremely professional and would not say a bad thing about any of the "competitors". Instead she gave me info about different ways to find apartments, one of which was this website...and was I ever surprised when I read some of the recent comments. I've been a resident here for almost a year and I've nothing but the best experience. I'm only looking at other places because my lease will be up soon and my boyfriend feels I should at least LOOK and see what else I could have. After looking at some of the other apartments downtown, it seems as though I have it pretty good. Maybe I have horrible hearing, but I've never had a noise complaint...ever! Everytime I go to or call the office, the people in there are more than accomodation. The maintenance staff is class A and my apartment is beautiful. I think that some of the people who've written previous comments forget that they do live in an apartment building, and nothing can be 100% all of the time, but I feel as though every dime I spend is here is well worth it. The convienence of light rail, the closeness of downtown and really nice park behind the apartments where I take my dog make my home life as close to stress free as possible. Just last week I was stuck in meetings in the East Bay later than usual and I knew that my dog hadn't been out since early in the AM. I called the office and they took her out...that's great customer service. I don't usally write these kind of things but after seeeing what other people wrote I was completely compelled to let you know that Avalon at Cahill Park has been a really great place to live and I am most definetely not moving!
