On the outside this appears to be a nice place to live albeit pricey. When you are looking at the complex and considering moving in, the management appears to be nice and accomadating. Once you sign the contract, everything changes. They claim that the walls are insulated and you cannot hear your neighbors. I can hear the neighbors walking around, the toilet flushing and conversations next door...and this does not include the parties! When I moved in, there were still multiple stains (some that looked like blood) in the carpet that the management stated would try to clean again...still no word and it has been almost a year later. The management is absolutely horrible and incompetent. They are not willing to help when asked and are very rude once you've signed the dotted line. Another example is recently a resident had their apartment broken into. There has not been an increase in security...or any security for that matter to put the residents' minds at ease. The parking is terrible, as visitors need to buy a pass from the city to park. I have had a couple of friends ticketed because of the limited parking. Yes you may buy a pass for your friends, but if multiple people visit they are out of luck. The only upside is that the maintenence crew is friendly...but the grounds are not very clean as mentioned in previous critiques. Before you move in think twice or thrice before you pay too much for the headache!
