Even the Maintenance people are nice a respond promptly to the problem I've had too many issues for the type of construction mainly water liking. Also something that bothered me a lot was the I was able to hear the people next door talking and even snoring !!, the dog upstairs running and barking, too much!!!!! sometimes, and if you add the airplanes, the train and sometimes people (Homeless) screaming in the middle of the night in the street. Bottom line... if you are looking for a quiet place, this is not the place. Even the construction is nice I had serious issues with my apartment and my last comment, the old administration was so much nicer that the actual one.
